Are you in need of a will? …a trust? …an Executor?
Most people with assets should execute a will, yet nearly half of Americans don’t have one, with even fewer having an estate plan. Depending on several factors, an estate plan can help ease the probate process and its expenses.
Join us for an evening presentation and information session from Kathryn Knepper, an attorney at Ossi Law Group to learn all about estate planning. Kathryn will discuss what proper estate planning can accomplish, how it differs from a will, and more details on trusts, along with appropriate planning and decision making for one's future needs.
