Join us for a springtime plant ID walk guided by Susan Marynowski. You'll learn about Florida's native species, edible and medicinal qualities, nuisance invasive species, and the importance of knowing your plant families. Susan (M.S.) holds degrees from UF in fine arts and wildlife ecology, with an emphasis in public education. A student and practitioner of herbal medicine for 20+ years, she has studied with numerous nationally known herbalists.
Meet at Kathy Cantwell Trail (first parking area). Wear long pants and shoes/boots for the outdoors, bug spray, hat & water.
